The basic package price: 23 000 EUR

The basic package includes:

1. The house structure is made of calibrated certified C24 wood.

2. Roof and floor – insulated with 200mm mineral wool. The walls are insulated with 150 mm mineral wool. Vapor insulation film are tightly installed.

3. The house has 3 double-glazed windows installed. Window color outside anthracite, color inside white.

4. Roof – black tin.

5. The exterior decoration is made of wooden panels. Industrially painted one time.

6. Power supply: output electrical installation; water supply and sewerage. You just have to connect the house to your communications.

Houses are made in Lithuania. Houses are fully manufactured in the factory, and they are delivered safely to you lot. You can buy house only with partially finished or fully finished. Basic price 23000 EUR is with partial finishing. Due to your wishes we can install the interior decoration.

We deliver the house throughout Germany.
